Changes the “Flex & Follow” setting for the current region. Choices are Off, On, On+Align Bars, and On+Align Bars and Beats.
This allows you to adapt notes/transients to fit into bars and beats by changing the tempo accordingly.

Punch recording is a technique you can use to overwrite a portion of a previously recorded track, during playback, without touching any of the recording before or after that portion. You punch in to interrupt playback and make the recording, then punch out to return to playback mode. You can choose between two punch recording modes: Quick Punch-In mode and Autopunch mode.

How delightfully useful.
Logic doesn’t “play nice” with desktops/spaces. I avoid full screen mode because of the odd behaviors, and the difficulty of going back and forth between the sizes.
This command takes the focused window to full screen **AND** back again. A simple switch. No mousing around. So useful.
Not all windows support full screen mode, but the most useful (Arrange, Mix, Score) certainly do.
Screensets cannot keep windows at full screen. If you switch out of a full screen screenset, then back, the window will be maximized to the work area (menus and dock remain.)
