inserted image first, upload later

I believe the workflow is to

  1. Drag image from web page to body of post — this brings up the uploader window
  2. Make changes to metadata, etc.
  3. Upload the image
  4. Remove the image from the post
  5. Locate the image in the Media Library — drag to Featured Image box
  6. Post
