You have done a lot of work on a song. Tracks have been made workable. Regions have been defined. It might be useful to be able to get region information from the audio file for another song.

Problem is, I can’t get it to allow the command.

Export and import audio region information — Logic Pro X

The Project Audio Browser provides an overview of regions that are derived from individual audio files. You can export this region information into the audio file, which you can then choose to import if using the audio file in another project. If using an audio file with saved region information in another project, you have the option of importing the region information into the project.

  Set Division Value to 1/8 Triplet (1/12)

Sets the MIDI quantization to an eighth-note triplet, effectively 1/12 of a bar with regard to timing.

Quantize parameter values — Logic Pro X

You can quantize selected audio or MIDI regions (including a mixed region selection) using the Quantize parameter in the Region inspector. This parameter determines the division of the quantization grid.

The Quantize parameter applies visual quantization to notes, setting the shortest note value that can be displayed.

  Snap Automation Mode: Automatic

Sets the snap automation to “smart” which will choose an appropriate value for snapping to the grid.

The automation snap to grid can have different granularity than the snap regions/notes.
