You can snap track automation to grid positions. You can choose if you want automation to automatically use the division value chosen in the Snap menu, or you can choose a different snap value for automation.
Copy Value to All Following Events ⇧V
This command is found in the “Event Editor” section of commands. The “Event Editor” is the Event List. The command should be named “Paste Value to All Following Events” since that is what it does. That “copy/paste” way of thinking of things.
You could change the velocity of every event following the selected one — select the velocity value, click outside of the field, and copy. Could be useful.

Octave 6
Choose the sixth octave on the Step Input Keyboard. This is the octave starting at ‘C6’.
The Step Input Keyboard covers the full range of a standard 88-key piano with an entire octave starting on ‘C7’ (‘C#7’ to ‘B7’) and an extra 4 keys at the lower end (‘F-1’ to ‘G#-1’).

Apply Normalize Region/Cell Gain Again ⌃G
I habitually change Region gain on tracks that I mix. My current target is peaks of -12 dB. I don’t change region gain if all of the tracks come from a “live” performance where players are typically self-adjusting. In those cases I work with the faders all set to about -9 dB to start.
Normalize audio regions in the Tracks area — Apple Support
You can normalize the gain of selected regions in the Tracks area, without opening the regions in the Audio Track Editor. The Normalize Region Gain menu command is non-destructive: the original file isn’t altered, so you can return it to its original state.
