I use this all the time in the Arrange window.

In the mixer window I use left/right arrow to move channels. The arrow motion is logical based on the way tracks and channels are displayed.

⇧ SHIFT – ⌃ CONTROL – ⌥ OPTION – ⌘ COMMAND
