  Deselect All Regions except on Focused Track

The “focused track” is the first track selected when there are multiple tracks selected.

I am not quite sure why I would want to deselect regions like this, but I can imagine that it might be useful in certain situations.

I would be more inclined to use the ‘Deselect All ⌥⇧D’.
